History

Alliance was founded in 1997 in Mobile, Alabama as Alliance TeleSolutions. Initially, the company provided a simple single point-of-contact for businesses in the Southeast to select and manage their telecommunications carrier services, both voice and data.

By early 1998 Alliance had built the infrastructure to provide a complete turnkey telecommunications management service for businesses. The mission was three-fold:
  1. Provide simplicity by maintaining a single point of contact for all telecommunications services regardless of carrier, location or service.
  2. Provide telecommunications expertise on an as-needed basis to bring the right resources to the right issues at the right time for clients.
  3. Provide greater responsiveness to client needs than any carrier could maintain in an era of reductions in carrier support staff and automation.
From this base of service, and because of client demand, Alliance expanded its services to include telecommunications bill consolidation and allocation services, project management and consulting services, and cross-carrier integration and deployment services to assist multi-location clients. In 2002, we began doing business as Alliance Communications Management to represent the breadth and depth of our services.

Today Alliance supports clients across the United States and continues to expand into new arenas being created by the dynamic nature of telecommunications and our clients' needs.
