2003.12.01 Pinnacle Financial Partners Selects Alliance To Manage Telecommunications Across Branches
Mobile, Alabama - December 1, 2003 – Pinnacle Financial Partners, a Nashville-based financial services firm with five offices, has entered into an outsourcing agreement with Alliance Communications Management (Alliance). Under the terms of the agreement, Alliance will provide Pinnacle with its entire suite of telecommunications management services.
After completing an initial assessment across Pinnacle’s voice and data infrastructure, Alliance developed a plan to facilitate Pinnacle’s continued growth. Since that time, Alliance has been working with Pinnacle to implement the new network configuration and to serve as Pinnacle’s in-house telecommunications department. Alliance’s role extends beyond the network implementation and also includes the management of all service providers, resolution of all service issues and processing of all telecommunications invoices (audit, pay, and allocate).
“Prior to working with Alliance, we relied heavily on the recommendations of our service providers. We were concerned that these recommendations were not unbiased and we were finding it increasingly difficult to resolve service issues as our network became more complex,” said Hugh Queener, Pinnacle executive vice president and chief administrative officer. “Alliance demonstrated that they have strong skills across all aspects of telecommunications. They have been deploying a network structure that will scale with our growth, and they have a uniquely responsive approach to resolving service issues. Since embarking on this relationship, Alliance has resolved historic billing issues, reduced monthly operating cost, helped us open a new office, and increased the functionality and capacity of our network.”
“We are excited to be associated with Pinnacle,” states Rob Hunter, president and chief executive officer of Alliance. “Pinnacle has demonstrated the strength of their vision and operating structure. Given their phenomenal growth and financial performance, we are enthusiastic to play a small role in their future successes.”
