Alliance Changes Name
Mobile, Alabama – May 1, 2002 -- Alliance TeleSolutions (ATS), an Alabama-based telecommunications consulting and management services firm, has announced that effective May 1, 2002 the company will market its services under a new name, Alliance Communications Management. The announcement was made by Alliance President and CEO Robert R. Hunter and coincides with the re-launch of the company website at www.alliancemanaged.com.
“Changing our name to Alliance Communications Management is a reflection of the broadening of our service offering,” Hunter said. “The new name is more indicative of the breadth of services we offer to our clients,” he added.
Alliance provides businesses with outsourced telecommunications management services that includes centralized issue tracking and resolution, service design and integration, traffic and rate analysis, carrier selection, and bill auditing and consolidation. In addition, Alliance offers more traditional finite consulting project services, as well as integration and deployment of national broadband networks across multiple carriers.
“We’ve built our service offering to provide the greatest support and value to our clients regardless of the carriers and services involved,” Hunter said. “This allows us to maintain an educated and objective position that brings the greatest benefit to our clients, while they remain focused on their core business.”
