2006.11.01 Revlon Consumer Products Corporation Expands Relationship With Alliance
Mobile, AL - November 1, 2006 – Alliance Communications Management (Alliance) and Revlon Consumer Products Corporation (Revlon) announce the expansion of their relationship. Under the terms of the agreement, Alliance will provide Revlon wireless management services.
As part of its telecommunications management services, Alliance will assume day-to-day responsibility for managing Revlon’s wireless services. Services include carrier negotiations, plan optimization analysis, order management, service issue resolution, invoice auditing, invoice payment & allocation, and management reporting. The effort is expected to deliver a greater than 20% reduction in wireless cost net of Alliance’s fees while improving end-user support and streamlining operations.
The relationship expanded into wireless services after the successful completion of an earlier engagement focused on re-negotiating Revlon’s largest wireline service agreement.
