Deluxe LLC Selects Alliance to Manage Wireless Services


Mobile, AL - June 1, 2006 –Deluxe LLC (Deluxe) has awarded Alliance Communications Management (Alliance) a 2-year contract to provide outsourced wireless management services. Under the terms of the agreement, Alliance will assume day-to-day wireless management responsibilities for Deluxe and its affiliates.

Given Deluxe’s geographic diversity, multiple wireless vendors and technologies are required to ensure coverage and cost effectiveness. This requirement imposes complexity in both service and cost management. “Alliance’s services are well-suited to address this complexity while giving our users a high level of support,” states Connie Bullock, Deluxe’s Telecommunications Manager.

Services include carrier negotiations, plan optimization analysis, order management, service issue resolution, invoice auditing, invoice payment & allocation, and management reporting. This effort is projected to deliver a 30% reduction in wireless cost net of Alliance’s fees.
